Depends whether you have a MAC or PC. Can't help you much with PC. For MAC, just go into the MAC folder, click on the icon, get info, click on the icon in the top left corner, copy, go to whichever folder you want to change, click on it... Again - get info, click on icon in top left corner, paste.

The folder or application icon should change.
